Photoelectric Sensor
Lanbao Photoelectric Sensors come in small, compact, and cylindrical shapes with types like diffuse, retro-reflective, through-beam, and background suppression. They feature adjustable sensing distance, short-circuit and polarity protection, and offer cable or connector options. Metal shells are durable; plastic ones are cost-effective. Light-on/Dark-on modes, AC/DC power, and relay outputs up to 250VAC/3A are supported. Intelligent models detect transparent objects, yarn tails, and distance—ideal for packaging and textile use.
Inductive Sensor
Lanbao Inductive Sensors use non-contact detection for high reliability and no surface wear. They feature visible indicators, diameter options from Φ4 to M30, and various lengths. Cable or connector connections are available. With ASIC design, short-circuit and polarity protection, they support precise limit and counting control across diverse industrial applications. Intelligent models include anti-magnetic, full-metal, high-temp, and wide-voltage types with advanced algorithms and communication features for complex environments.
Capacitive Sensors
Lanbao Capacitive Sensors detect both metal and non-metal objects like plastic, wood, liquid, and paper—even through container walls—using electrostatic principles. They work reliably despite dust, water mist, oil, or electromagnetic interference, with adjustable sensitivity and various sizes. Features include extended sensing distance and delay functions. Intelligent models support liquid level detection and splash resistance, making them ideal for packaging, medical, and livestock industries.
Light Curtains
Lanbao’s light curtain sensor includes safety light curtain, measurement light curtain, area light curtain, etc. Efficient digital factory optimizes the interaction between human and robot, but there are some potentially dangerous mechanical equipment (toxic, high pressure, high temperature, etc.), which is easy to cause personal injury to operators. The light curtain generates a protection area by emitting infrared rays, when the light curtain is blocked, the device sends a shading signal to control the potentially dangerous mechanical equipment to stop working, so as to avoid safety accidents.
Laser Distance Sensor
Intelligent measuring sensor includes laser ranging displacement sensor, laser line scanner, CCD laser line diameter measuring, LVDT contact displacement sensor etc., with high precision, strong anti-interference ability, wide measurement range, fast response and continuous online measurement, suitable for high-precision measurement demand.
Optical Fiber Sensor
Lanbao Optical Fiber Sensors offer precise detection of small objects (as small as 0.1mm) in narrow industrial spaces. Featuring dual monitoring mode, a high-speed processing chip, and auto/manual correction, they deliver high accuracy and extended sensing distance. Easy to install and maintain, the sensors use durable stainless-steel heads with standard thread design, ideal for compact, high-precision applications.
Connection Cables & Accessories
The connection system includes connection cables (straight head, elbow, with or without indicator light), connectors, etc., which are mainly used for the connection of inductive, capacitive and photoelectric plug-in sensors.
