CONVEYORS SYSTEMS

PLASTIC CHAIN CONVEYORS

Plastic chain conveyors are described by several key measurements, including pitch, inside width, and chain width. These measurements are crucial for selecting the right chain for a specific application, ensuring proper fit with sprockets, and determining the conveyor’s capacity & there are many different types of Plastic Chain X45, X65, X85, X180, X300, XH, XS, XK, X70X, X85X.

MODULAR BELT CONVEYORS

Modular belt conveyors are a type of conveyor system that use interlocking plastic segments (modules) instead of a continuous belt. These modules are linked together to form a flexible but sturdy conveying surface, typically driven by sprockets rather than pulleys.

PALLET CONVEYORS

FlexLink pallet conveyors are modular systems designed for efficient material handling, particularly for individual products on pallets. They come in various configurations, including single-track (like the X65P) and twin-track (like the XT) options, with features for routing, balancing, buffering, and positioning pallets. Key aspects include pallet size, load capacity, and speed, as well as the ability to integrate with other FlexLink components for more complex layouts.

SPIRAL CONVEYORS

FlexLink spiral conveyors are compact, vertical conveying systems known for their space-saving design and ability to handle various product types and sizes, including individual items, cartons, and even shrink-wrapped packs. Specifically, the X85 model boasts a small footprint of 585mm in diameter and a 85mm chain width, making it suitable for integrating into existing production lines. These spirals can handle products up to 300mm long and 200mm wide, with a maximum product length of 300mm and max product width of 200 mm.

WEDGE CONVEYORS

FlexLink wedge conveyors utilize a pair of opposing wedge-shaped tracks to transport products, enabling both horizontal and vertical movement. They are designed for efficiency and versatility, particularly in filling and packaging lines, and are suitable for handling various items like cans, bottles, and boxes. Key measurements include chain width (ranging from 43mm to 295mm), which dictates the maximum product width (up to 400mm). The conveyors are also modular, allowing for easy assembly and modification using standard components.

SS CONVEYORS

SS conveyors—short for stainless steel conveyors—are material-handling systems constructed primarily from stainless steel alloys (typically 304 or 316 grade). They are engineered for environments where corrosion resistance, hygienicity, and wash-down capability are essential. These conveyors are widely used in food processing, beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemical, and other sanitary-critical industries.
